How do I connect Apple Health?
In the app, go to the You tab and tap Connect next to Apple Health, then allow the data types iOS asks about. nudg reads sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, exercise and workouts from whatever writes to Apple Health, such as Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura or Whoop. If something is missing, check Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › nudg and turn on the missing types.
How do I link or unlink a bank?
Sign in first, then go to the You tab and tap Link next to Bank accounts. You log in at your own bank through a regulated open banking provider, so nudg never sees your password and can't move money. To unlink, tap Unlink next to the bank in the You tab: nudg stops reading it and deletes the transactions it brought in.
How does blocking work, and how do I turn it off?
Blocking uses Apple's Screen Time on your iPhone. You choose the apps in each group, and wind-down, downtime and nudg's automatic rules pause those groups at the times you set. Apple holds your choices as private tokens, so the blocks run on your phone. See How it works for more.
To turn a rule off, switch it off under Automatic blocks in the You tab, or tap Remove next to a downtime. To stop all blocking, tap Unlink next to Screen Time in the You tab; blocks, downtime and Focus stop until you connect again.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to the You tab, tap Delete account, then press and hold to confirm. This deletes your account and the health, screen time and bank data nudg stored for it, and disconnects your banks. It can't be undone. Ask nudg chats and app limits live on your phone, so deleting the app removes them.
What data does nudg keep?
Daily summaries of your health and screen time, and your recent transactions, stored encrypted and replaced each time they sync. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. The privacy policy has the details, including how long we keep each kind of data.
